As they stay longer, their employment types become more stable. Atypical jobs will only be their preliminary jobs and will not be chosen after stable employment types. In-house labor force period reflects by household production and non-paid family works which revealed Vietnamese new residents’ actions of family love. Should they have reasonalbe income in this period, they would be less likely to go out searching for employment. For the employment period, Vietnamese new residents’ employment usually depends on their family and social networks, and the macro envionment provides them an easy access to a job. Yet suppose their families do not trust them such that they may get acquainted with bad friends, then they may be allured to inmoral jobs. Their key concern in choosing a job is not the offer of wages, but the possibility to take care of their family simultaneously.
