Popis: | 95 As globalization goes faster, the competition of information technology and marketing tend to be more serious, the conventional industry which based on labor cost moved to mainland China, South East Asia gradually, therefore, to improve the competition and enhance customer relationship management on Polyester Filament SDY is the key factor of whole business operation. The research takes a case as an example to raises up three different levels for the competition concept, and to evaluate the competition from “enivornment competition”, “core competition”, “core resource” and “competition strategy”in order to understand the real needed from competition and customer relationship management, and also the influence of it. The research has been summarized as the following: 1. The advantages of Polyester Filament SDY: Take CRM as fundamental then uses enterprise resource in order to plan ERP system, and to integrate outside resource for lower operation cost; raises enterprise competition. 2. Take Far Eastern Textile Polyester Filament SDY as research example for customer relationship (customer service, custom ability, customer’s loyalty and low cost) as the direction for future improvement. 3. Maintain core capability: The enterprise should have capability to survive wheather outside environment changed. |
