Popis: | 95 Machine tools are necessary manufacturing equipments in the process of industrial production. For all of the manufacturing processes the production can be realized by lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, or planer. Three considerations are made by general manufacturers at choosing machine tools: first, whether the machine tools can meet the needs; second, whether the price is reasonable; third, the precision of the machine tool. The first two considerations often depend on the precision of a machine tool; that is, the precision determines the functions and the price of the machine tool, because the precision of the tool machine will influence the quality of the products directly. The concept of measurement uncertainty has been already widely paid attention to and implemented practically by international organizations and national metrology institutes all over the world. Its concerned appreciations are useful and practical. Especially for scientific and technological exchanges or the international trades, uncertainties of measurement results should be presented. National metrology Bureau has required that the statement of measurement uncertainty must be enclosed in the certification of calibration. By uncertainty analysis, the errors can be quantified concretely. Besides, the errors can be corrected in accordance with the whole listing of errors and the analysis of each error terms. Through the analysis of measurement uncertainty and the investigation of x, y, z axes, linear errors in a cutter grinding machine, in this research some suggestions about how to improve the precision of the machine system have been presented. In addition, by testing the performance and the stability of different controllers, the influence of controllers on the precision can be shown. That will be a selection criterion of controllers for cutter grinder machine. With the analysis of the influence on machine precision by construction and the control system of the above-mentioned cutters grinding machine, improvement strategies for machine precision and performance have been provided. |
