| Popis: | 95 These main purposes of this study were the relationship between type of conflicts and group creativity, and the relationship between conflict management and group creativity. The types of conflicts included task and relationship conflicts, and the conflict managements discussed are collaboration and avoiding. In this research, conflicts and conflict managements were regarded as independent variable, and the group creativity was dependent variable. On the basis of purpose and literature review, this study adopted a 2×3 experimental design. The results show relationship conflict definitely reduces group creativity. In terms of group management, collaboration has no significant effect on group creativity. When group discuss without conflict, the group creativity of groups with conflict avoiding was higher than that of groups with conflict collaboration. |
