Popis: | 95 Summary Keywords: art creation, illness, body, printmaking, drawing and automatic drawing. The main point of this essay is the creator as a patient. Its content is about the interplay of creation and illness, which affected the process of the creation. “The Traces of Illness” was chosen as the title in order to explore the relationship among illness, ego, other people, psychology, time and so on, and to review the format and content of my works. Therefore, I can redefine the thought about creation. There are four chapters in this thesis. Chapter One is the preface, which includes the motive, purpose, content and scope of the research, and which is to define the research and to illustrate the relationship between the illness and my works. Chapter Two, the Recurrence of the Illness, elaborates the artist’s consciouness of the action in drawing, investigates the psychological influence of the illness on the artist in the viewpoint of the clinical medicine, and analyzes the form or style. Chapter Three, the Traces, describes and analyzes printmaking works, including the process in the making of the works and techniques. Chapter Four, the Conclusion, summarizes the creation history of works and reflects future extension. |
