《TURNS》：The Value of the Interaction between Audience and Internet Art

| Popis: | 95 TURNS is an internet art work which wants audience to participate in creating the work. The approach in this study is to try to explore the value of the interaction between audience, production, the viewpoints of psychology, New Genre Public Art, and internet media. As a result of this study, there are three conclusions as follows: 1. To participate in creating of TURNS can gain comfort, vent problems, and by reading stories of the work can gain self-identification and strength. This process is very similar to Narrative Therapy of clinical psychology, not only to show the concept about social cooperation, but also to promote audience thinking about new values of life. 2. Internet media not only can show the conception and frame of hypertext about TURNS, but also let the work has characteristics about diversification, seminar style, and critiquing immediately. On the other hand, the artist of the work becomes a leader, who guides audience to participate in creating the work. 3. We can say that TURNS is a New Genre Public Art, because it is the concept of social ideal and responsibility, and also to ask audience to participate in creating the work. |
