| Popis: | 95 With various business environments, the competition among business organizations is getting more and more serious. Under the pressure of competitions, in order to create and maintain their competition advantages, business organizations must build good enterprise workflow to simplify continuous job step and record key values when working in progress for follow-up decision to analyze the enterprise workflow and the whole operation influence. Along with the evolution of the information system, business has to face the problem of dealing with large operational data, they need to transfer these data into useful information and make it become business knowledge and intelligence. The needs for using Business Intelligence (BI) technology is eager and getting more and more important. Therefore, this research discusses the enterprise workflow using Business Intelligence and balanced scorecard idea. Upon data warehouse technique, it extracts, transforms and loads data from heterogeneous database into the data warehouse from the on-line transaction processing, uses on-line analytical processing tools to show data in multi-dimensional ways and uses an interactive interface to display the status and the relationship between cause and effect of the key performance indicators. And, the decision maker can get the trend of the indicator in a specified time and use the indicator to drill-down the data further. In addition, the decision makers can view the data according to the facts and the dimensions they concern. In conclusion, decision makers can get the information easily from various business aspects and understand which indicator can benefit performance through an integrated data warehouse and the balanced scorecard. |
