Popis: | 95 Along with society change, economy development and education system transition, industrial structure has been moved from labor intensive toward technology intensive, transformed from capitalization into knowledge economy. In order to properly adjust and cope with industry transformation, plus other structural and marketing open factors, such as students population has been decreasing year by year and the impacts from schools of foreign countries and Mainland China, therefore, to allow vocational schools to cope with huge environmental transition, and move toward the direction of sustainable development, transformation is an unavoidable trend. Not only the position orientation of school should alternate, but should also introduce enterprise management concepts, to match up with tendency. Facing with today’s competitive and diversified management environments, the greatest source of advantages for private vocational schools is the optimization of human resources. There are many factors with regard to whether a private vocational school can transform successfully or not. Among them, the cultivation of talented personnel for administrative organization can be deemed as one most important factor. Talented personnel should undertake cultivation to become competent at right positions, as well as to be utilized by organization to elaborate corresponding contributions. As how to cultivate the advantageous personnel within organization, the administrative director who plays the role of leadership is the first and primary subject, to enable administrative director to be a person with good role perception ability, and can enhance the suitability of his/her role expectation, further to foster other organizational members, so as to reach with comprehensive enhancement of human resource competitiveness, which are the critical issues for school administration to go forward to new era. The research content of this study is to probe into the current status of role expectation from administrative personnel toward, and role performance of, administrative directors in private vocational schools, as a means to understand the differentiation between role expectation from administrative personnel toward, and role performance of, administrative directors, and to analyze the relationship between role expectation and role performance, so as to provide administrative directors, administrative personnel and school departments to have correct cognitions about the role of administrative directors, as well as make proper position orientation. The specific research purposes of this study are described below: (1)Understand the connotation of role expectation and role performance of administrative directors in the private vocational schools of Taipei County. (2)Understand the differentiation situation of role expectation and role performance among administrative directors, section leaders (department directors), section members (clerks) in the private vocational schools of Taipei County. (3)Compare the differentiation situation of role expectation and role performance toward administrative directors among administrative personnel with different backgrounds in the private vocational schools of Taipei County. (4)Provide suggestions according to study results, as reference for administrative directors, administrative personnel and school departments in the private vocational schools of Taipei County, as well as future relevant studies. The entire investigation objects of this study include administrative directors, section leaders, department directors, section members, and clerks of 11 private vocational schools in Taipei County, by means of self-designed "Questionnaire on the Roles of School Administrative Directors" as study media, conducted questionnaire investigation and research, 353 copies of questionnaire were distributed, and returned with 340 copies, the entire questionnaire return rate is 96%, actually obtained 314 effective copies, the entire effective questionnaire return rate is 89% As to data processing, adopted SPSS FOR WINDOWS software package to conduct via statistic analysis methodologies of frequency distribution, t-test, One Way ANOVA, and dependent sample t-test, then those gained results were analyzed and discussed respectively in Chapter 4, Chapter 5, and Chapter 6. Finally, according to the major findings of this study to generalize them into conclusion, and proposed with concrete suggestions, to provide as reference for education workers and future studies. |
