Popis: | 95 This research studied urethane oligomers, which contains the sulfonic acid group and different reactive groups. First, the transesterification of dimethyl 5-sulfoisophthalate sodium salt (SIPM) were performed with polyethylene glycol (PEG) of different molecular weights to produce PEG soft chains possessing sulfonic acid group (SE). Subsequently, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was connected to the two terminals of the sulfonated diols, which finally were blocked by methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO) or hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) or glycidol (EPO) to form three kinds of aqueous reactive urethane oligomers (MSE, HSE and OSE). Their solution properties and thermal properties were also investigated in this study. The fabrics treated by oligomers, then investigated for their effects to the durable hydrophilic properties under different processing temperatures, time lengths and oligomer concentrations in Dipping and padding finishing. (1)Synthesis and Characteristics of Aqueous Reactive Urethane Oligomer Contai nd padding processes. The results are concluded and described below: ning Sulfoisophthalate Sodium Salt (SIP). In the synthesis of sulfnated diol and urethane oligomer, it showed that reaction time increases as increase of PEG molecular weight and the FTIR and GPC were employed to identify the structure of synthetics. MSE had the greatest particle diameter, particle variance and streaming current readings; HSE and OSE respectively had the second large and the smallest readings of the aforementioned measurements; whereas the contact angle and surface tension appeared with an opposite trend. Tg of oligomer followed the trend: OSE |
