Besides, the personality, mind and belief will affect the leadership behavior and eventually lead to various leadership styles. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the differences between male and female president in high school in leadership model, core abilities and values .We try to know these characteristics have any different in different sex. This study wants to find the successful leadership characteristics, styles and core values from male and female president in high school by questionnaires and in-depth interviewing. The framework, questionnaires and interviewing items of this study stands on leadership theories. We can understand that male and female president’s characteristics, advantages, abilities and different by leadership styles, leadership characteristics and leadership skills. Than we try to find what different and relationship between results and real experiences. This research finds: 1. In leadership characteristics that female president’s advantage is encourage others by words, tongue and body languages. They are better at caring others, interaction, communication and listening to others’ inferiors. They often have candor and justice values. They have more power hunch and authorization. At last female presidents are clever at using love, estimation and hold to conduct their group. 2. In leadership skills the female president’s advantage are relationship management. Besides, this study find that the human relationship affect the administrations. 3. In leadership styles female presidents are more easily to using the relation-leadership than male president. 4. In real leadership experiences, female presidents need to pay more arduous and time to win their billet. In addition to that matrons are easier to become a successful leader by family’s moral support. At last, the female presidents are often working for long, even sixteen hours a day. |
