Popis: | 95 Among the firearm barrels of Taiwan’s military, it is the most difficult to do the hard chromium coating in T65K2 rifle. The major factor is that the caliber of rifle is small(5.56mm) so it is easy to be biased by using positive pole shaft in coating. Besides, according to the long barrel of the rifle it is not easy to evacuate the gas when coating. So the hard chromium layer appeared unilateral and unhomogeneity phenomenon, and then reduced barrel endure corrosiveness and life-span. The major study of this thesis aimed at the barrel coating, simultaneously probed into the homogeneity of the electroplated hard chromium coating on the interior of rifle gun tubes and looked for the optimal condition. Four methods are used to investigate the hard chromium coating from electric current density, changing positive pole shaft style, coercing coating style below the plating liquid surface to sleeve. The T65K2 rifle is used to proceed to practice the verification and the SEM is employed to differentiate the thickness of chromium layer. Both can improve the homogeneity of the electroplated hard Chromium coating and promote the technique of coating on the interior of rifle gun tubes further. The result of experiment showed excellence including using the electric circulating current under the plating liquid surface, matching up the currently straight positive pole shaft, increasing sleeve space and acting by 40 ampere current. To sum up, the optimal design and the better quality of chromium coating can be obtained. |
