| Popis: | 95 This is a study on German Patent-Text and the strategies of Chinese translation. Through researching and analyzing the German Patent, we hope can find out the characteristic of form and contents in the German Patent-Text. Then, getting some strategies of Chinese translation, that suit the characteristics of German Patent-Text. Because the particularity of the German Patent-Text, this Study only refers to the translated edition of one translator, and through the analyzing, comparing and inducing, to gather the similarities and differences between the German and the Chinese Patent-Text. After the researching, the form of both Patent-Text are similar, the difference is just by layout. In the concept aspect, after studying the lexicon, found that German lexicons show transform lexical category, compounds and technical terms frequently; And the syntax comes out often in passive form and in long form. Regarding the specification in lexicon and syntax of the German Patent-Text, the Translation for Science and Technology can be the foundation by Patent-Translation. |
