This research is about an office of student affairs group in elementary school pursue an A+ story, by the steps of action studying and using the form of narrative inquiry to reflect and re-build the story and event. Through the track of research, to arrange the self-knowing and group understanding, looking forward to active new thought and professional administrative practice. First chapter is about the teaching experience of the researcher and the history of entering the administrative function, even the research has been affirmed, but can it break the present situation, good but to be better? Second chapter, analyzing the value and meaning of the action studying in this research, connect the form of narrative inquiry to discuss and analyze the definition of A+, and also to define the word 「group」 and specific strategy of A+ by the group member. Third chapter, describe the present situation of people, event, time, place, subject and the personality specification of all group member and also mention the specific action strategy. Forth chapter, about administration for teaching, administration for students, the challenge of level administration and questions, conflict and reflects, all of those are the basic construction of this chapter. Fifth chapter, focus on the process of the research, some unexpected results, more than the raise of trust between the team members, multi-connection channel, also to find the core value of the group, creating a extraordinary group by self-reflect and self-criticism. In the conclusion, advising some method and manner which are decode one: the leader should be provide with the specification of the fifth leader. Decode two: choose the right person, do the right thing, do the thing right. Decode three: radicating, grounding, plowing and then the fruit. Decode four: introspect with mirror, accredit to the subordinate. Decode five: fully authorize and motivate member’s potential. Decode six: build a professional conversation to trust and benefit each other. Decode seven: truly understand, truly care and listen to each other heart-to-heart. Decode eight: to help and support the wheel of reflection. Decode nine: use the principle of erinaceous to insist the core value of the group. Decode ten: emphasis the studying improvement, professional distinction and achievement. In the end of this research, look back this period of time, the researcher after all process of research, there were laughs, tears but more harvest, and review this whole research history.
