Popis: | 95 In the tough global competitions, to create good organization performance in order to stand out among the competitors has always been the goal of the high tech industries in Taiwan. In this research, the antecedent variable is social views (organization culture and relation quality). The researcher explores influences of knowledge and innovation capability on organization performance. The research targets knowledge intensive communications products and electronics products industries and, from the 662 valid samples, the researcher finds: 1) organization culture has positive influence on relation quality, 2) organization culture has significant positive relation on organization performance, 3) organization culture has positive influence on innovation capability, 4) organization culture has positive influence on knowledge performance, 5) relation quality has significant positive influence on innovation capability, 6) relation quality does not have significant positive influence on knowledge management, 7) relation quality does not have significant influence on organization performance, 8) knowledge management has positive influence on innovation capability, 9) innovation capability has significant positive influence on organization performance and 10) knowledge management has significant positive influence. From the research results, the knowledge intensive industries understand that they can improve organization performance via relation quality, knowledge management and innovation capability adjustment in different organization culture. The results also provide the academic circle and the industries a concept of measuring organization performances. Overall, organization culture, relation quality, innovation capability and knowledge have influences on organization performances and the most influential one is organization culture, meaning that, to enhance operation performances, organizations have to start from organization culture to obtain maximum effects. |
