Name of Student: Wang, Shu-Feng Adviser: Dr. Chih, Wen-Hai Abstract This research create the cause-effect model of Procedural Justice job involvement job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Then, executes statistics analysis by using Structure Equation Modeling(SEM), and focus on the influence of organizational justice to the job attitudes of the employee of Banking. And the different effects probe into the personality characteristics of per-constructs. Depending on the analysis of real evidences, this research results to three main implications: 1. Research Theory Model Fit Discovery According to the fit test of Structure Equation Modeling (SEM), it is pointed that the whole theory model of this study completes the standard of the fit test. Moreover, it evidences that this model can be supported. To sum up, the result shows the indeed influential relationship among the four constructs. 2. The Influence of Procedural Justice to The Job Attitudes In the entire model, procedural justice, distributive justice、 job involvement and job satisfaction reveals positive effect to organizational commitment. And the job involvement is the most important factor that effect the organizational commitment, second, is the organizational procedured. 3. The Difference Personality Characteristics among Individual Personality Clusters The study of difference personality characteristics has helpful to understand of personnel of banking. Hence, each cluster had difference needs. By the researches on unique clusters, it could be helpful for the administrator of bank, make the right management decision-making. |
