Popis: | 95 In this thesis, the empirical parameter setting methodology is applied to the press controller. During every operation cycle of the press, in order to obtain the maximum press power, the head of the press must be located on the top position precisely. To record these empirical parameters of braking delay time then transmit them into the register of the PLC. The proposed empirical parameter setting methodology can fulfill these requests. In this thesis, two kinds of control strategy are adopted. The first kind can be used to the variable speed DC motor and DISCO motor, which do not have pulse. The second kind can be used to the variable speed Eddy Current Coupling motor and inverter control motor, which do have pulse. The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is cooperating with inverter to control the speed of the motor. These empirical parameters ensure the maximum press power and improve the operation safety. |
