Flexible pavement under repeated loads is an important factor in design pavements. According to material experiments, resilient modulus is affected by repeated traffic loads. In this study, a series of three-dimensional finite element analyses is performed to study the damage of pavement caused by rutting and fatigue, with the pavement subjected to repeated loads. The damage of pavement is evaluated by considering various wheel loads, various inflation pressures, moisture content in soil, the body force of pavement, resilient modulus obtained from the material experiments, and AASHTO 2002 Design Guide. The results indicate that the more moisture the subgrade soil possesses, the larger influence the pavement structure is affected. The effect of pavement is larger when wheel load and inflation pressure increase at the same time. The damage of pavement increases while repeated loading, wheel loads, inflation pressures, and moisture contents in subgrade soils increase.
