| Popis: | 95 The purpose of this study is to understand an athletic Gardener’s devotion through a life story of an athletic Gardener’s. Ms. Le-Le has devoted herself in teaching over thirty years and numerous students have been taught by her. The school teams she trained have gotten several good achievements, and several intern teachers she guided have done their practicum and are able to serve at the different elementary schools and colleges. Within thirty years, some students have developed a special affinity with Ms. Le-Le and built up a good relationship with her. No matter what things these students have, they would like to discuss with Ms. Le-Le. Because this reason, she treats them as her own children and their relationship has become as family members. If these students have problems, she will immediately help them without second thoughts. She not only helps them solve the problems they have, but also teach them the ways how to deal with anything happening in their life. The knowledge she have taught these students is precious. Thus those who have been taught by Ms. Le-Le can also pass the precious knowledge to next generations and teach them. This helps to train more talent young people. Even though Ms. Le-Le has been retired, she still doesn’t give up her enthusiasm about athletic sports and continue to devote herself to them silently. The main purpose of study is to explore the life story of Ms. Le-Le, and research her teaching process within thirty years and how she helps her students and also schedules her retired life. This Study is based on life story of qualitative analysis to take the interview. The life story of Ms. Le-Le can be able to be presented truly through the profound interview of Ms. Le-Le and some of her closed friends mainly, and other observations and collected documents supported. Based on her life story presence, we can consider her as a key person of school because she have done much participation in school events and organized athletic sports for school students, teachers and staffs enthusiastically within thirty years. This study helps us understand further that she keeps selfless love to teacher next generations, encourage them to learning, assist them in scheduling their life plans and care about them as family members. No matter Ms. Le-Le is in which her life stage, she always keeps passion for athletic sports and promotes handicapped athletic sports positively. She devotes her efforts to public welfare silently and contributes her passion back to society. |
