Due to the confinement of knowledge and Pursuit of profit, The design of high dam always lacks ideology of to tall management。 Although building high dam can make use of more water resources, hydroelectric power, navigation and economical profit, it also change ecology and environment and destroy the inhabitant environment and the balance of natural ecology. The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of three gorge dam to the Yangtze river basin through exploration, study and ecological point of view. Anyway, any important huge engineering always influence surrounding, local society and economical environmental. According to this study, three gorge dam engineering valued environmental protection very much and take environmental protection as a national policy. The have authored a environmental protection report before decision making three gorge dam engineering valued the ecology and environmental protection beyond any hydraulic engineering in the history, and some measures are worthy of learning for us. |
