| Popis: | 95 Kinmen Hospital is the only public hospital of the whole county. It provides the excerpt medical health services of the whole county, especially people of Jin-Fu town, also offers accessible environment of seeking medical service to community people, besides it echoes World Health Organization to promote health of the community people, to implement the health living, and to achieve the goal that life is healthy. In January, 1999, Department of Health proposed the policy that ''the community building for health'' was declared. It hopes to integrate the resource in the whole community, neighborhoods, school, and social welfare organization. Those missions include some strategies to organize the staff, to train the local workers and volunteers as well as community people, also to offer people to learn the relevant health information, to let the health concept take root in every community, and to achieve the purpose that ''. the community building for health ''.. This research is based on the viewpoints and suggestions of the staff of the hospital of Kinmen who participates in community building health for example, focuses on Jin-Fu community making a deep analysis and discussing, probes into the hospital of Kinmen and Jin-Fu community in the motive and cognition, their promoting tactics, the resource they link and use, their promoting in a predicament, their developing and promoting direction continuously forever. This research uses three kinds of research approaches including case study, document reviewing, and in-depth interviewing in order to collect and analyze data through deep interviewing, According to the research result, there are some suggestions in the research: First, the departement of Health authorities should implement to promote counselling and supervising the performing units,develop the community ability for the promoters,and stringthen the relationship between social affairs and public health affairs. Second, the department of hospital should develop multiple ways to enter into the community, strengthen the scheme contents, implement district-demands- of-people-oriented pushing tactics, strengthen linking and applying to community resources, and help the community develop helping and supporting network to promote the community to be independent. Third, the departement of community: The cadre of Community should have coordinate and communicative roles, cultivate the ability to plan schemes, and link up the human resources in the community, who are concerned about the issue on health and encourage them to participate voluntarily.. |
