This study focuses on the effect of leadership style and communication channel into organization performance of the Army Logistics Group System in the Southern Taiwan（ALGSST）.Therefore, we submit some suggestions to improve the management and performance of Army Logistics Group System. This study applies questionnaire to the 300 members and 256 questionnaires are effective. The analysis methods are description statistics method, factor analysis method, cross analysis method and regression analysis method. After applying those analysis methods, we discover: 1. The style of leadership has the most significant relativity to organization performance for the Army Logistics Group System in the Southern Taiwan. 2. The communication channel has the most of significant relativity to organization performance for the Army Logistics Group System in the Southern Taiwan. 3. The cross effect between leadership style and communication channel is the most significant relativity for the Army Logistics Group System in the Southern Taiwan. 4. The cross effect between leadership style and communication channel is the most significant relativity to organization performance for the Army Logistics Group System in the Southern Taiwan.. According to the results, we suggest the follows: 1. Self-improvement in leadership: The managers should continue to improve leadership ability, mutual relationships, and organization culture. Those will effectively promote the organization performance. 2. Effective Communication channel:It should set an effective communication channel to deliver the corrective messages through the organization. And that will improve the organization performance.
