Popis: | 95 The characteristics of Culture Creative Industry’s products include aesthetics, values and stories. Besides, cultural products and services must have story, legend and allusion in order to enrich consumers’ life, move consumers’ emotion, and bring out unique consumers. Although “story” is not a new issue in academia, there were seldom researches on the relationship between“story” and “experience”. In recent years, several articles describe that stories can increase and enrich the value of Taiwan’s culture creative industry. Moreover, stories emphasize more in optical art, craft, television, movie, advertisement, and digital entertainments industries. Therefore, this research will use Yingge’s ceramics as an example; try to explore the influence of the experiential story designed on experiential quality, emotional experience and customer’s experiential values. This research contains two studies. The purpose of study 1 is to know the influence of the experiential feel design on experiential quality, emotional experience and customer’s experiential values. The purpose of study 2 is to know the influence of the experiential sense designed on experiential quality, emotional experience and customer’s experiential values. In addition, we have also discussed the influence of consumer’s need for touch in the study 2. According to the results of the two studies, we have some findings as follows: 1.When products’ experiential story design has high affect correlation, consumers will have high experiential quality and emotional experience. 2.And in the above situation, if products’ experiential sense design has high visionary involvement and can be touchable, then consumers will have higher experiential quality and emotional experience. 3.The degree of consumer’s need for touch will have positive reinforce on the influence between the experiential touch design, experiential quality and emotional experience. 4.In different situations, some experiential quality and emotional experience will have positive reinforce on the influence of customer’s experiential values. 5.The difference type of consumer’s need for touch will have different influence on customer’s experiential values. |
