The conventional construction of the PID controller is very simple, and it’s easy to be realized, so it’s used extensively on industry for a long time. However, it must have some limitation when we control the different object. To deal with nonlinear system and time-invariant system may exist some difficulties and the parameter is not so easy to be adjust. Therefore, those specialists begin researching how to combine the conventional PID and the other control theory for having better efficiency of control and self-adjustment to achieve the parament of controller self-adjustment. Fuzzy controller dosen’t needs to depend the accurate data of the object by using the experience of those specialists. Therefore, the problem on the adjustment of parameters and the application of nonlinear system can be improved usefully. Fuzzy PID controller is the combination of the fuzzy theory and the conventional PID controller. This thesis use the rule of fuzzy theory to adjust three parameters of PID. Furthermore we set up the database of the fuzzy rule after counting for the 、 and to adjust in time by the database of the fuzzy rule. Besides, we install this controller on the DC server motor control application, and then we compare the conventional PID controller with the fuzzy self-adjustment PID controller.
