| Popis: | 95 In the thesis, we developed the E-O measurement system of multi-wavelength and multi-path. The multi-wavelength include Ultraviolet, Visible light and Infrared regions. The advantages of this system include (1)Absorption detection, (2)Simple optical system, and (3)High sensitivity. (4)Use LED as a light source to reduce the heating problem and eliminate the use of filter. (5)Unwanted light and electromagnetic interference inhibit. In this system, we established a E-O analog measurement system with a pulse drive three-light source and a digital processing unit using 8051 micro chip. |
