Popis: | 95 In the study, we will discuss, by viewing agents who are MDRT members as those with better performance, the relationship between familial, marital status and business performance of female life insurance agents. Experiment results are as follows: 1. The life insurance agents with great performance can be categorized into three groups. The first group mainly consists of women who graduated only from high schools or vocational schools, and among them, high percentages of divorces, growing up in a single parent family, entering business of insurance after getting married, and working longer than average, can be observed. The second group is mostly composed of women graduated from universities, who are often married, enter business of insurance before getting married, and have shorter working hours. The third group is formed by the women with higher level of education, usually graduated from universities or graduate schools, and their working hours are always ordinary. 2. For all female participants, the reasons to devote themselves to insurance field, compared with male participants, are the flexible working hour and no other suitable jobs. For all “married” female life insurance agents of participants, high salaries to support families and having relatives doing the similar jobs make them choose to do this. For female life insurance agents with great performance, jobs often have positive effects on their families, but there is no sign to imply the same influence on male agents. |
