Popis: | 95 This research primarily focuses on studying the splitting fracture and debonding behavior of concrete correlated their corresponding Acoustic Emission signals. The concrete after repair was with also monitored and compared. Specimens of 15cm × 15cm × 15cm cube have been made with variables in strength, failure type and with/without repair. Splitting test and pull-out test were conducted with a displacement control in MTS loadfram. Specimens were loaded to broken first, then they were repaired and finally reloaded to fail. An AE monitor system was employed to figure out its signals correlated with the fracture behavior during the load test. The test results showed that the AE signals turns out a distinction between splitting fracture and debonding behaviors. A rubber pat between the pull-out specimen and load plate makes the behavior different in its failure mechanics including load capacity, fracture energy and fracture type. Most AE signal appears mainly near the peak load, in particular, for those repaired concrete. AE signals in splitting fracture also turns out a sudden failure type. It also showed that there are two peak in AE signal for those pull-out loading test, which reflect different bonding condition between concrete and rebar. |
