Verification system for insertion of copyright information and prevention of webpage falsification

Composing and transmitting technology of webpage have been full-grown in recent years. Nowadays, they are also the mainstream of Internet service. With the vigorous evolution of e-commerce, many thorny problems, such as webpage falsifying, web design embezzling, have also emerged. This research is to apply digital signature and information hiding as a mean of webpage verification. Without modifying the content presented in browser, we sign the copyright and digital fingerprint with private key of RSA, and embed this signature to the HTML file. Because the signature could be used to detect the falsification and to verify the copyright, Phishing and other content-related misdoing could be avoided. Besides, this study also develops a simple document signing system. This system not only alleviates the load of webpage developers in information embedding and process verification; it also provides an easy way for two-way webpage verification.
