Summary However, we are in all fairness, in the capitalist country of high development, high rate of unemployment pieces of a peculiar one, than up to rate of unemployment of more than 10% on American-European some country looks, under comparing, Taiwan is not too serious very either. But various kinds of social concerns that the unemployment brings, the corruption of rising such as the committing suicide rate, family''s violence and public security,etc., the reason lies in Taiwan lacks '' the social security system ''s of American-European countries, once the labourer faces imprisonning the factory, closing a business, moving the unemployment predicament caused of factory, it has no situation of whereabouts that the whole family faces the livelihood immediately. In order to solve the problem of unemployment, ensure labourer''s life, in fact, the government will have already ordered tomorrow when the 57th year of the Republic of China first revision of labourer''s insurance regulations, will lose one''s job and pay the range included in labourer''s insurance regulations, but article 74 of the insurance regulations of the labourer at that time has provision of provisoes, the executive organ did not release '' the implementing method that labourer''s insurance unemployment was paid '' until 87, begin implementation formally since January 1 of 88 years.
