With the changes of the times and the popularization of education, women of today turn to a leading stratum from a low stratum in recent years. They strive to share more public resources and become more influential on public issues. This research focuses on the process of women come to leaders from a viewpoint of empowerment. The purpose of this research is: (1)to explore the growth background and learning experiences of these female leaders;(2)to investigate the important incident and significant others in the process;(3)to understand the problems and solve methods of these female leaders meet;(4)to interpret the charge of the status of women as well as construct a model of the female leaders. By using documentary analysis, depth interview and observation of the qualitative research methods, the author obtains some important results, as follow: (1)Most of these female leaders still appear as traditionally passive roles in their childhood; (2)The promotion of their learning and education enhances their abilities; (3)These female leaders used to keep open minds; (4)The support giving from significant others encourage these female leaders; (5)These female leaders usually struggle with mechanical impression and role conflict; (6)The belief to improve environment motivates these women to devote themselves to their groups; (7)The social support, especially husbands, is the main backup for these female leaders ; (8)Life provides various chances to learn for these female leaders; (9)It is important to build the ability to overcome difficulties or these female leaders; (10)The multiple and various learning patterns and motivations not only enrich but also empowerment these female leaders. Also, some suggestions are made on how to promote women education and to plan the issue of women education.
