| Popis: | 94 Under the tendency of a shortened demand cycle of the global market, it becomes necessary to speed the internal processes of supply chain systems and decrease the operation time spent on techniques applied to products. In addition, all the members of the industrial supply chain systems have been forced to face the crucial challenge that the development of a new product can never catch up the fast pace of price competition, which lowers the profit margin of the product. To solve this problem, working with subcontractors has emerged as a solution for the enterprises to survive and have a profitable future. Nowadays Taiwan networking industry occupies around 80% of the global market demand, and the selection of OEM companies becomes indispensable. However, very few studies have been carried out on performance appraisal (PA) or decision making in this filed. Based on the methodoloty of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and CCR model of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a novel model is developed in this research for wireless networking businesses to choose the most appropriate subcontractors. The results provide a strategy to be used for the operation evalution of potencial subcontracting companies; besides, useful suggestions for the improvement of effectivesss can alos be proposed through this model. Business directors can have more practical judgements based on the total satisfaction analysis of AHP and total efficiency analysis of DEA. |
