The Study of Leisure Participation, Job Involvement and Job Satisfaction of employees in Janfusun

The purpose of research aims at understanding that the employees’ leisure participation, job involvement and job satisfaction present situation, and analyzing the difference between those three variables in different background’s employees. This research examines types of strategies used by employees in Janfusun. Adopting three parts of Questionnaire, including 「job involvement」、「job satisfaction」and 「leisure participation」for study tool. Using random sampling in the research, send out 300 questionnaires altogether, retrieve 178 shares, effective questionnaires 154 shares, response of rate of 51.33 %. This research’s data analysis adopts descriptive statistics, t-test, factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, posterior comparisons in Scheff’s method, Pearson product-moment correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analysis etc. The result of study is found: (1) The employees participate in frequency highest with the leisure activity of the media activities. (2) In different gander, marital status, education degree, job units and average income, the employees reaching the difference of showing in leisure participation. (3) The employees’ job involvement status is below the average. (4) In different gander, marital status, education degree, job units, job status, job rank, work hours and average income, the employees reaching the difference of showing in job involvement. (5) The employees’ job satisfaction status is below the average. (6) In different gander, job status, education degree and job units, the employees reaching the difference of showing in job satisfaction. (7) Leisure participation and job involvement take on positive relationship with job satisfaction. (8) The interactive effect of leisure participation and job involvement can increase the job satisfaction level.
