Popis: | 94 This research investigates the growth factors of success of small and medium-sized enterprises of Taiwan and understands how enterprises build up the core competence with its influence to the sucess factors during its grwoth. After a careful evaluation, Home Mark Co., Ltd., a big electrical water heater manufacturer with outstanding performance, is chosen as the object of a qualitative study. With the first-hand materials collection, second-hand materials collection and on site interviews, the case study is analyzed explicitly on how the core competence is set up and how it is related with the grow factors. The research combines practical actions and theories to generate five findings stated as the followings: 1.HMK utilizes long term and stable cooperation with suppliers to build the technology network for innovation. HMK develops new products by time and experience accumulation and the good interactions with suppliers to make up the deficiency in manpower and technical resource. 2.Untilize the advantage of technology network to reduce new products’ development cost and to get the result of large-scale production. 3.Continuing new product promotion makes HMK’s turnover grow up steadily in the saturated market. 4.The continuing education and training strengthens agents’ ability to expand the markets. With this, the market share grows year by year. 5.In the limited human resources, high organization control makes manpower deployment being flexible and that strengthens the speed of delivering goods. |
