Charge transport in organic material plays a crucial role in performances of organic photoelectric devices. In this thesis, we used the time-of-flight measurement technique to study charge transport properties of various materials. In this work, the spirobiflourene derivatives are exhibited promising physical properties which including high morphological, thermal stability, high neat-film quantum yields, and efficient carrier transport properties. We study in carrier transport properties of spirobiflourene derivatives by using Time-of-Flight System (TOF). And we also used this way to measure charge-transport properties of spirobiflourene derivatives and investigate various device architectures of OLEDs.
