| Popis: | 94 In 21st century, the tourism industry, appreciated as a Non-factory Industry, together with the high-tech industry are the major growth industries that are creating mass employment opportunities and foreign exchange earning. These industries have an important role in global economics. According to the special geometric location of Taiwan with its various cultures and manufacturing sources Taiwan has a great potential to develop its tourism industry. There has been a large increase in the occupancy rate of these International Tourist Hotels due to the foreign visitor and the domestic tourist increasing. The international tourist hotel must know the growth trend of booking sources and the forecasting of the total room revenue and the room occupancy well to make management strategies. This study describes the constructors and procedures of forecasting model, establishes ARIMA Model for the room occupancy of booking sources, and utilizes Regression Analyses to establish a practical model for total room revenue.
