Popis: | 94 It has been developing over 50 years since the System Dynamics was established in 1956. The emphasizing analytic property of dynamic complexity has solved many complicated problems for a lot of organizations. The System Dynamics is not only a completed theory foundation but also full of practical applications. The Flow Chart is one of the most useful tools for showing the process of enterprises; however, it can only display the working sequences and flowing directions because of its static characteristic. Therefore, the Flow Chart cannot provide an effective solution for the complex situation that enterprises deal with. Although it is an excellent method to watch the dynamic effect, to simulate the movement, to analysis the non-linear relation and time delay, of individual cases by designing the System Dynamics Model that built-up by the Casual Loop Diagram and Stock-Flow Diagram. It stops the firms to use cause its comprehendible difficulty. This research adopts the relative study of Process transform into System Dynamics Model and then, following the rules to rearrange, transform the practical Flow Chart into System Dynamics Model. Hoping that this research can make learner yield twice the result with half the effort on System Dynamics studying. This research aimed to prove the application of System Dynamics to a practicality through the repeated process of transforming the Flow Chart into System Dynamics Model. After studying the conclusions are as following: 1. It is very important to reset the time delay. 2. It is aware that the unit of different Stream is varied when transforming the information. 3. The integrated model focus not only system is structure analyzing buy also on the quantitative numberical simulating. |
