Recently, the research of Ultra-wideband (UWB) becomes more and more popular. UWB systems are a new wireless technology capable of transmitting data over a wide spectrum of frequency bands with very low power and high data rates. In the thesis, I employ “inductive peaking” methods and adopt current-reused topology to design four UWB LNAs. The technique of inductive peaking can enhance the bandwidth of the circuit. With a current-reused topology, the circuit can achieve low power consumption.
