Popis: | 94 This thesis presents a multiple mode ultrasound driving circuits, which includes a signal processing circuit, output stage, transformer and piezoelectric ceramic device. Four output waveforms including continuous, pulse, amplitude modulation and pulse-mode amplitude modulation construct a multiple mode ultrasound healing instrument for medical healing or cosmetic applications. Different biological effects for the ultrasound therapy instruments are first review in this thesis, then the overall system structure and theory principles will be discussed. Moreover, driving the piezoelectric ceramic device frequency up to 1MHz and 3MHz by using class A power amplifier, and sinewave signal was generated by Wien bridge oscillator. In addition, associate it with sub-circuits as amplitude modulator, common drain amplifier and constant current circuit. Eventually, we designed a driving circuit that achieve 3 W/cm2 or over till 4.4 W/cm2, 2.2 W/cm2,2.935 W/cm2 and 1.467 W/cm2 at continuous, pulse, amplitude modulation and pulse-mode amplitude modulation . |
