| Popis: | 94 According to the law on architects, the domestic architects are not allowed to execute business before obtaining the business license. The various events entrusted by the clients to the architects are of professional acts, whose range is very broad. According to the industrial structure and industrial category all industries except agriculture and industry belong to the scope of service, therefore, architect belongs to the professional service industry while the various events entrusted belong to the professional service. So far, there is no assessment on the definition and research of the service quality of the architects integrating the opinions of public departments, architects and construction works inside the country so as to obtain the panorama of the degree of satisfaction with the service quality of the architects. Therefore, the following research motivation and purpose are triggered: A. Integrating the important assessment factors of various opinions of public departments, architects and construction works so as to completely assess the service quality of the architects. B. Relying on the discrepancies of various opinions on the service quality of the architects of important assessing factors to understand the profession ability architects need to enhance or service items. C. Constructing the model on integrating the assessment of the service quality of the architects, and on the basis of that to testify the result of the analysis and provide the opinions on the post continuous research and improvement for the industry, government and academic field. The research adopts the methods of literature review, expert questionnaires etc and make analysis and sorting of the statistical results with literature materials. To list the important assessment factors on the service quality of the architects related to the research as a result of the literature sorting and distribute the questionnaires after readjustment. And adopt the AHP expert questionnaire survey analysis process to integrate the opinions of the public, architects, construction works as well as the expert opinions on the assessment of the service quality of the architects to obtain the average of important assessment factors. Calculate the current-stage assessment and analysis of the service quality of the architects by integrating the opinions of various sides in an objective way. There is no match between the results and the research purpose of the early-stage plan, so the conclusion and suggestions are put forward on the results and questions discovered in the early-stage process. After integrating the expert opinions on the views of various parties, the service quality of the architects is further assessed targeting the different assessing factors while the results will be more objective and accurate. After integrating the assessment, it is known that although the service quality of the architects in our country is currently qualified it still needs strengthening and improving. As for the fact that the satisfaction with the assessing factors of the service quality of the architects is relatively low or in difference, it then serves as the reference for improving the future service quality of the architects so as to make the domestic service quality of the architects comply with the conditions of APEC architects so as to have the ability to confront the internationalized competition. |
