Popis: | 94 Changhua County has gradually established more and more resource classes from August in 2005. This policy will bring more welfare for those who need to take special education. In the opposite, it also leads to many problems in administration and teaching. In this research, the aim is at the discussion about administrative support on newly established resource classes from schools at present and the demand. This research mainly adopts in-depth interview with the person in charge, who is related to the establishment. With the aid from questionnaires, we understand ‘expectable acquiring’ and ‘present existing’ administrative support and try to compare the both to find out the differences. Furthermore, we attempt to construct the administrative problems about newly established resource classes according to practical data. We explain the problems faced while preparing new established resource classes in the aspects of Organization Revolution and Total Quality Management with practical and theoretical analysis. The conclusion of this research can be set in two parts. The first part is about the administrative problems in schools. It includes as follows: 1. The insufficiency on evaluating the demand of this policy of establishment. 2. There is still room for improvement on cooperation and concept negotiation among departments. 3. The process of procurement and the demands of teachers and students are not tightly correlated. 4. Teachers don’t spent enough time participating classroom planning. The second part is about the administrative problems in local educational administrative organizations, which is as follows: 1. Needed to counsel each school to make flexible proportional allocation according to each individual’s demand while using funds. 2. There are problems on the allocation of teaching quality and quantity. 3. Lack of counseling while establishing. 4. Lack of professional intellectual research and learning. The suggestions from this research are also set in two parts. Part one is about the direction for administration in schools. It includes as follows: 1. Put focus on the administrative efficiency while establishing new resource classes. 2. Improve professional knowledge and often reflect upon new ways of revolution. 3. Intensify administrative quality in schools and better the impression and image of schools. Part 2 offers the direction for educational administrative organizations. It includes as follows: 1.
