| Popis: | 94 This study was to understand the present development state and operation strength and weakness of the pensions in Kinmen. The data were analyzed in terms of SWOT model. It intended to discuss about what problems existed among the pensions in Kinmen.Consequently, it aimed to whether these problems implied any threat and evolved crisis. The optimal goal of this study was to discuss in depth that whether there would still be potential opportunities behind these emerged threats and crises. This study utilized intense interviews, case studies, and secondary data analysis in accompanying with the implementation of the direct evident research on the pension business operators. The research result was analyzed and the conclusion was suggested respectively to the related business, government, and academia sectors. The conclusion of this study were listed as followed: 1.There is still development vacancy of the pensions in Kinmen. The pension business in Kinmen is just at the beginning stage. There are still efforts needed both on the aspects of the operators’ innovative service and market expanding. 2.There should be a clear plan on developing the pension business in Kinmen. 3.The competitive capability of the pensions in Kinmen appears to be in the inferior position. Comparing to the hotel and motel business in the same area, the competitive capability of the pensions in Kinmen is still at a disadvantage circumstances. The major reasons are as followed: (1).Local resource supplies were unevenly distributed. (2).The pension business operators lacked professional knowledge. (3).The economy force of the pension operators was inferior to those hotel and motel business operator, resulting in the limited development of the pension business. 4.Government officials should stress on coordinating and integrating between the pension business operators. Government officials should stress on coordinating and integrating between the pension business operators, so as to allocate the resources evenly to resolve unprofitable activities caused by their opposing against each other and cutting down prices. |
