The Research on the Influence Factors In Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation - from the Viewpoint of Implementation Process in the Supply Side

There are many researches about organization implement ERP in the past studies, but most of the researches often ignore the differences in the practice of the ERP implementation phases, the factors of the influence are not all the same in each implementation phase. The differences in ERP implementation of the factors of the influence from the each implementation phase are discussed in this research, it conforms to the practice of ERP implementation method and process. The research in the standpoint of the methodology of the ERP vendor and the consultant firm concludes five practice implementation phases, and it is discussed about if there are different factors of the influence in each phase. Via literature reorganizes, the factors come from three levels: the organization, the project, the personnel and so on, and sum up various important factors of the influence. In order to obtain the various factors of the influence in the different phase, the AHP method is used in the research to obtain arrangement of the experts’ advice. The data collection includes two stages: The first stage is to confirm the important factors of the influence at each level via ERP Consultant team''s interviews. The second stage is to conduct the questionnaires; 60 questionnaires altogether are sent out and 30 questionnaires are retrieved. It is discovered that the factors of the influence are different in each phase, and the importance of different level is different in the each phase via AHP analysis result. The findings contribute to the important edification regarding ERP implementation, and it is suggested that there should be different management achievement in the each implementation phase.
