The Study of The E-loyalty in the Game Virtual Community

This study was aimed at investigating the influence of website design, virtual community, and service quality on e-loyalty and their correlation with it. Samples of this study were selected from the website users of the base of games. Three hundred and eighty-six questionnaires were gathered by means of Internet. SPSS 10.0 was utilized to analyze the data. And statistical methods included descriptive statistics, Cronbach's ㄐBt-test, factor analysis, Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The findings from this study are summarized as follows: 1. There existed a significant difference in Responsiveness of different gender. The female is higher than the male in the degree of Responsiveness. 2. There was a significant difference in Reliability due to different use period. Significant differences were found in Functions, Empathy and Tangibility because of the using hour a day. Different linked place greatly caused a significant difference in Empathy. And diverse linked methods also produced a significant difference in Function. 3. Only Responsiveness calculation has no correlation with Attitude Loyalty and with Behavioral Loyalty. Information /Evaluation and Transactional Security have significant effect on Attitude Loyalty. Also, Empathy and Interpersonal Relationship have significant impact on Behavioral Loyalty. 4. The result of regression analysis reveals that Information /Evaluation could predict Attitude Loyalty effectively. Similarly, Empathy could predict Behavioral Loyalty.
