Popis: | 94 At present the political situation is chaotic, that delays the Taiwan’s economic development. All the people can deeply feel its negative influence until now. government policy decision-making also produces many malpractices including Thai and Filipino foreign workers stage a sit-in protest at Formosa Plastics Group''s (FPG) plant in Mailiao. The KMRTS(Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit System) and ETCS (electronic toll collection system) are examples of that malpractices. They impact the Taiwan’s investment environment deeply. Especially the KMRTS project construction management is improper in the introduction of foreign labor, initiating foreign laborer rebellion. It highlights failure of the harmonious employment relations. In our society the fertility rate low, but the old age population is growing continuously. This is the reason why "The imported laborers policy” must be a positive discussion in the employment market. All the senior citizens and the infants must be specially taken care of. At he present stage the government establishes so-called guardianship units, but the funds for the organization are not yet to be sufficiently guaranteed, causing the domestic workers and caretakers services a still insufficient basis to protect and secure the needs and demands of the staff and personnel. In this thesis, the research methods include reviewed literatures, questionnaires and in-depth review. This research is focused on the relationship between employers and employees that is conducted by means of questionnaire to employers, Vietnamese domestic helpers and caretakers. In Kaohsiung area a random sample of 200 employers and 200 Vietnamese domestic workers completed the questionnaire survey. The statistical methods’ analysis including the descriptive statistic, t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlations and hierarchical regression should reveal the employment relationship and its significant effect on cross-culture, social support, education and training. The findings are as the follows:1. Vietnamese domestic helpers and caretakers on cross-culture are partial significant in employment relationship.2. Vietnamese domestic helpers and caretakers on social support are partial significant in employment relationship.3. Employers consume conditions can not predict the employment relationship. |
