Guiding TPM activities to promote the OEE of equipment for the forming machine in semiconductor package industry

| Popis: | 94 In recent years, the semiconductor of Taiwan encapsulated industry''s fast development, the capability utilization ratio of the equipment has already become one of the most important topics that administrators have paid attention to. The manufacture industry development has speeded and changed with each passing day, attempted to have a foothold in the industry of Hi-Tech semiconductors of Taiwan, besides pursuing the advantage that the core researches and develops, the technological competitiveness still need to improve the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reduce and purchase the quantity of the equipment, reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment, increase the efficient utilization ratio of the existing equipment. This research is while channeling into TPM (Total Productive Maintenance ) activity course, use the FMEA analytical method, solve and analyze the index of the RPM（Risk Priority Number）by layer, reduce and improve the level failure component. However offer the statistic shut-down record of equipment system from the PRMIS (PROduction Management Information System). Through improving the bottleneck equipment MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) effectively and the effective output utilization ratio of the bottleneck equipment, reduce produce loss to and add the availability of equipment, promote the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). The achievement that will be studied to establish the improvement method and make its professional technical ability be passed on, under needing to cost the minimum unit cost, reach the biggest effective output of the machine, prevent a large amount of fund from buying the new equipment to increase outputs, reduce unit''s output cost, improve the competitiveness in the industry chain, strive for more orders, make enterprises to create more profit in the chain. |
