| Popis: | 94 Innovation technology is the most competitive resource for Modern Corporation. When considering quantity of filing, Taiwan Corporation with the outstanding standards in filing patent applications. Unfortunately, there exists a drawback. It is the lack of constitution and ability in Research and Development. Most of the mid-small firms in Taiwan, either ignore the technology bring up from innovation research and development, or in absence of the strategy thought or plan for patent applications. That causes the benefit of the issued patent been limited. This Research starts with deriving “Factors of Evaluation on Patent Application” and “Factors of Evaluation on Patent Application Strategy”. By studying the reference, and discussion of the Patent Law, they help organize the “Factors of Evaluation on Patentability”. “The Decision Criteria of Patent Application for Technological Innovations” is founded on “Criteria of Evaluation on Patent Application” and “Criteria of Evaluation on Patent application Strategy” as to “Criteria of Evaluation on Patentability”. In order to understand how to make policy decision on Patent application, this research using “Reference Study” as the study method. By collecting the relevant material of eleven corporations from United States, Japan, and Taiwan, comparing and analyzing the reference of individual cases with what comes out from this research which is the decision criteria to the patent application of technological innovations. Provide the result as the reference material for all corporations. |
