This text is a case study of the Atayal remote villages and the Atayal tribal people. It explores the relationship between happiness and "Christian beliefs" with respect to a specific environment: the Yu-Feng tribal village, Mrqwang.. Indeed, the general impression of most people is that many aboriginal people live the life of a backward tribe, being located in the mountainous areas two hours from the nearest city. What happiness can they possibly have? I think it is definitely necessary to spend a long period of time visiting the tribe to effectively investigate the ways in which a set of beliefs affects their happiness. Thus to date, the author has invested long hours over a period of three years visiting the village; and I think I have come to understand how the tribe has come into a state of happiness. And this happiness is summed up with one name: "Jesus". Thus, this text explores the Gospel's transformation of the tribe's social model, and the changes in the tribe in response to the emerging religious situation. We explore the religious beliefs of the religious community environment, as well as traditional religious beliefs. In addition, the tribal people through Christianity produced a "life circle". With regards to religion, Emile Durkheim stated that the essence of religion is the distinction between "sacred" and "secular". However in Jesus, sacred and secular are integrated in that sacred beliefs are practiced in faith when responding to specific secular situations. As a result, village life is no longer divided into sacred and secular, because God's kingdom has manifested itself in secular life. In short, with regards to happiness, the tribal people say: To believe Jesus is happiness. The full text is arranged into a total of seven chapters: Chapter one, Introduction, mainly discusses the motivation, purpose, theoretical basis, as well the methods of the research. In Chapter two, Fields, we will introduce the current status of the tribal and social thought and trends, as well as the merits of these.
