Popis: | 93 The main focus of this study is on Taiwan-921 most hard quake-hit was whole of Nan-Tou County’s Elementary School classroom, taking into consideration the limitation of the space use which divides into 36 “independent normal classrooms”. This survey study mainly target at Man and Space: Man means one random sampling from 5th and one selection from 6th grade class students and all teaches. Space is re-development and re-builds from 452 normal classrooms. Out of present 72 normal classrooms, one random sampling from also 5th and one from 5th grade classrooms, taking into main concerns are the interaction and spacing for the students and space storage for classroom facility uses. Below is the information for future use by management: 1) Main Elementary School classroom for Earthquake use is between 45-67.4m2. The floor space layout can be divided into “Single layout “and “Combination layout “. However, the normal classroom space usage can be future classified into “ Learning section (L) “, “ Service section (S) “ and “ Teaching section (T) “. It can be subdivided into “Independent Learning “(L-ST and L-S-T type). Mixture Learning (LST and LT-S type) is another section. Corridor can have 4 types, basically are “ single lane “ type, “ single mixture “type, “ Double lane “ type and “ Double mixture “ type. After re-building, it uses mainly Single lane type. But Double Lane mixture being used many too. 2) Normal classroom Usage: Less than 18 students in a class, it should be 5m2 of space, with corridor use is Double mixture together with Mixture Learning (L-ST) with Single L type classroom is the most popular among the students. When the ratio of students and classroom space is ideally met. Double lane with L-S-T type is used most. 3) The suitability and efficient arrangement of the classroom will benefit and affect the students’ activities and studies such as: In the mid of rebuilding, the students will focus more on the classroom activities, and will make full use of it after classes such as reading and studying quietly, therefore, the classrooms are more suitable for independent learning for the students in order to create a comfortable and ambient environment for them to do their reading and study openly which will help them to improve their study. If a service section appears, it will be the teacher’s main area which will the interaction between students and teachers. 4) The classroom arrangement affecting the teaching of teachers are: When classrooms adopt independent Learning, the teachers think this arrangement will improve the performance of the results of the students where the teacher will guide them easily with better interaction in group discussions. Teachers suggest the role of the “ teacher “ and “ students “ will play an important part in their teaching and management. When the classroom is an independent learning environment, it will give student a better study area with more learning resources from the teachers. Perhaps, it may also enhance the teacher’s managing skills in this area which in turn increase the confidence of this unique way of classroom arrangement. 5) After rebuilding, normal storage area will be mainly circular drawer cabinet. Teachers suggest that the storage facilities in a systematic way which will surround the outer area of the classroom. The teachers prefer storage allowable limit is between 0.25 and 0.3m3. Students vote ”side storage cabinet “the best. Keywords : Ji-Ji Earthquake, Normal Classroom, Store-Equipment, Post-Occupancy Evaluation |
