| Popis: | 93 China and Taiwan are the main enemies, but the relationship is more and closer. Recently, the direct fly becomes an important issue under the negotiation. Civil Aviation Industry of China was growth after the innovation and liberalize period. The said industry is still hold and operated by the government, which is different with Europe and U.S. China, as a world factory and the word market, Taiwan is enisled under the regional integration. The Freedom was excluded under the Uruguay Round of GATT. Taiwan and China should obey the rules of WTO, after participating in. Due to the attribute of the Aviation, not all the rules are acceptable. But after the evolutionary for a century, The Warsaw Conversation, Chicago Conversation, and the international organizations act as the Constitution. After the direct fly, the airlines should adopt alliance instead of competition, including horizontal and vertical integration, interlines, air-sea combined transportation, strategic alliance and Inter-industry alliance. So, the airlines could confront the challenge under the international market. However, Taiwan and China extend to the different culture, economic, law etc., which are the query that the governments and the firms should appreciated. |
