Popis: | 93 This study adopted questionnaire survey method to explore the factors of influencing organizational commitment to full-time staff in social welfare and charity foundations. A total of 259 full-time staff in social welfare and charity foundations, responded to a set of instruments including organizational commitment Scale. The statistical methods used to analyze the data were factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, contingency correlation. The findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1.The organizational commitment of full-time staff in social welfare and charity foundations need to be improved. 2.There were significant differences in personal characters of full-time staff in social welfare and charity foundations. 3.There were significant differences in role characters of full-time staff in social welfare and charity foundations. 4.There were significant differences in structure characters of full-time staff in social welfare and charity foundations. 5.There were significant differences in work experiences of full-time staff in social welfare and charity foundations. |
