We have too much overcome economics in our society. Therefore symbolic value is already replaced use value and exchange value. Consumers are not only satisfied of their needs but also looking for the symbolic value differences. Pop music and communication media are always keep good relationship with each other. The deliver messages such as sci-fi, hope, romance, happiness, humanity, and self identification are quickly pass through movies, pop music videos, KTV, internet to our lives. Therefore, consumers are actually not only buying music CDs but also accommodate with other personal brand imagery. For example: Taiwanese Singer Jay had blown out of his personal brand twister. Pop music in nowadays is not only entertainment people but also is an important key element to our live in our society. From multi-medias that pop music could easily spread the information to the whole world and into every corner. Based on Buadrillard’s consumer’s advertisement semiotics analysis, and Hoshino Katsumi’s analysis includes four divisions: use value, character image, and feeling and life image. Both these theories help discover which types of elements are used in the commercials to create the consumer images. As time progresses onward, the symbols in the commercials change, in order to keep up with the generation. In addition, the study observes the commercial's influence between their audience and their behaviors. In the study, we have found that Jay’s personal symbolic commodity elements are the combination of the major and secondary products. The major commodity elements are CD albums, DVD, VCD, EP, song downloads, music video and other creative song phrases and through those commodity it became “Jay’s style music”. In the system of symbolic value, practical values emphasizes more than labor commodity. Personal character meaning is form from symbolic. The relation is between the labor commodity the listeners. Feeling value is from function meaning and personal character to the pop music and imaginary world. There are three types of formats. The first type is Jay’s style and fashion, second type is the music with no boarding and the third is imaginary of listen and visual space. Jay’s labor commodity symbolic meaning is from his personal symbolic meaning and leads in to people’s imagination space and purchase desire. The consumers are mostly hope from the commodity symbolic values and try to get the fun of it and to content the experiences of what the real life that we can not achieve.
